Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data analysis workflows using SQL, Python, and cloud-based platforms
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated reporting systems to deliver real-time insights to leadership
- Maintain and improve data quality through rigorous validation and cleansing protocols
- Present findings to executive teams through clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in A/B testing and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business-relevant narratives
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Portfolio demonstrating data-driven projects with measurable impact
