Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Modeling: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL, Python, and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Visualization: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to uncover business insights, identify market trends, and forecast future performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and executives to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise documentation for data models, pipelines, and analysis methodologies to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in data processes and propose automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
