Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data collection systems using SQL, Python, and R to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Develop predictive models to identify market trends and optimize operational efficiency
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to validate hypotheses and improve product performance metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track success through dashboards
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations for strategic decisions
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality assurance protocols and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Expert-level Tableau and Power BI skills with portfolio of complex visualizations
- Strong experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent presentation skills with experience communicating to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Google Analytics or AWS Data Analytics preferred
