Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure high-quality analysis.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Build automated reporting systems to streamline business intelligence workflows.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders through clear written reports and presentations.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
