Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex data sets.
- Build and maintain robust ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility across the organization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance teams to define, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to support product development and business strategy.
- Automate reporting processes to increase team efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Communicate findings and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders through executive summaries and presentations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong command of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a significant plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
