Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Develop predictive models for customer behavior and operational efficiency
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
- Design A/B testing frameworks to validate business hypotheses
- Maintain data governance protocols ensuring accuracy and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with gaming/hospitality industry
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling experience (regression, clustering, time series)
- Expertise in data storytelling and executive communication
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
