Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large, complex datasets to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to identify data requirements and answer critical business questions.
- Document data processes and create technical documentation to ensure reproducibility and compliance.
- Present findings and insights to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
