Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable business insights
- Design A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Automate reporting processes using Python and Power BI to improve data accessibility

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven impact in data-driven roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis techniques
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of enterprise-level visualizations
