Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large, complex datasets to ensure high-quality analytics inputs.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to identify business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract data from various relational databases and data warehouses.
- Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
- Continuously monitor data quality and suggest improvements to data infrastructure and pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Deep understanding of statistical concepts, A/B testing, and experimental design.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data stories effectively.
