Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure high-quality input for analysis.
- Advanced Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and support long-term strategic planning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, marketing teams, and executive leadership to define analytical requirements and present actionable recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization by analyzing operational data and recommending data governance best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Statistical Knowledge: Strong understanding of statistical principles, A/B testing, and regression analysis.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business value.
- Tools: Experience with ETL processes (e.g., Informatica, Talend) and cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse) is a plus.
