The Role: We're seeking a Senior Data Analyst to leverage advanced statistical techniques and visualization tools to uncover market trends, optimize operations, and deliver actionable recommendations. Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical modeling and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data quality across projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with measurable impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one BI tool
- Strong statistical knowledge (hypothesis testing, regression, time-series analysis)
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Proven ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ impactful data-driven projects
