Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Optimize data collection processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Lead ad-hoc analytical projects supporting strategic business initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ETL processes
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, SAS) a plus
