Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze healthcare datasets
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design A/B tests and statistical models to optimize patient engagement strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data solutions
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Automate reporting pipelines using Python or R for operational efficiency
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Proven track record in healthcare or insurance analytics
- Expertise in statistical modeling (regression, clustering, time series)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI (or equivalent)
