Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements and deliver insights
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms including Snowflake and Redshift
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Proficiency in statistical analysis (regression, hypothesis testing, time series)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate business questions into data solutions
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS industries preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex data concepts
- Certification in Tableau or AWS/Azure data analytics a plus
