Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure real-time reporting accuracy
- Design interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize KPIs for executive stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for statistical modeling
- Proven experience with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) and ETL processes
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Google Analytics or AWS Data Analytics preferred
