Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track business performance metrics
- Present complex findings through compelling data narratives to C-level executives
- Maintain data integrity through automated validation processes and documentation
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects to uncover revenue opportunities and cost-saving insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for statistical modeling
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Familiarity with cloud data warehousing (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience in A/B testing methodologies and experimental design
