Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods to identify business opportunities
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and market segmentation analysis to optimize product performance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data pipelines and improve data quality
- Present findings to C-suite leadership through compelling data visualizations and executive summaries
- Lead ad-hoc analytical projects supporting marketing, finance, and product teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Proven expertise in statistical modeling and hypothesis testing methodologies
- Strong business acumen with experience translating data into strategic recommendations
- Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or AWS/Azure data platforms
- Experience with financial services or fintech data highly desirable
