Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts from SIEM systems to identify and respond to potential breaches in real-time.
- Conduct thorough incident investigations and lead the technical response to security incidents.
- Design, implement, and maintain firewalls, IDS/IPS, and other network security controls.
- Perform regular vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and security audits.
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, SOC, or Network Security.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or Security+ are highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar) and threat intelligence platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Deep understanding of network protocols, cryptography, and common attack vectors.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
