Responsibilities
- Lead threat detection, analysis, and incident response for enterprise environments
- Develop and implement security monitoring protocols using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across hybrid infrastructures
- Collaborate with IT teams to design secure network architectures and access controls
- Create comprehensive cybersecurity documentation and compliance reports (NIST, ISO 27001)
- mentor junior analysts and drive security awareness initiatives
- Stay current with emerging threats and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience in enterprise environments
- Industry certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in threat intelligence, incident response, and vulnerability management
- Proficiency with SIEM platforms and security automation tools
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex threats to stakeholders
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
