Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response procedures for security breaches and cyber attacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and implement security policies and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security into cloud architectures
- Provide threat intelligence analysis and security awareness training
- Manage security tooling: EDR, firewalls, and IDS/IPS systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in threat detection, incident response, and risk mitigation
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network architecture
- Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions
