Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy roadmap specifically aligned with the goals and technological targets of the year 2026.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging AI technologies, GenAI trends, and competitive moves to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product leaders, and engineering teams to translate high-level business goals into technical strategies.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal innovation initiatives and pilot programs to test and validate futuristic AI concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Change Management: Drive the organizational adoption of AI tools and processes, ensuring the workforce is prepared for the shifts expected in the next 3 years.
- Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI initiatives and report on progress, ROI, and success metrics to the board.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or a senior leadership role within the AI or tech industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of machine learning paradigms, large language models (LLMs), and AI ethics frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale strategic projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
