Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of scalable AI infrastructure for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Research and prototype novel machine learning algorithms to enhance predictive accuracy and model efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product offerings.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Define best practices for data governance, model training, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with deep knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Strong experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of shipping high-impact AI products.
