Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI architectures, including Transformer models and reinforcement learning systems, specifically tailored for the 2026 timeline.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level product requirements into technical blueprints, ensuring milestones for the 2026 roadmap are met with precision.
- Model Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce inference costs and latency, ensuring our AI runs efficiently on distributed cloud infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into user-facing applications.
- Research Integration: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, evaluating and integrating novel research papers into our production environment.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement robust guardrails and ethical guidelines to ensure AI outputs are safe, fair, and unbiased.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior technical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-performance computing.
- Modeling: Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think several years ahead, anticipating technological shifts and their impact on product design.
