Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and real-time availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop comprehensive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to uncover trends, forecast market shifts, and drive revenue optimization.
- Communicate complex data findings and insights to executive leadership and product teams through clear, compelling storytelling.
- Optimize existing data architectures and database queries to improve system performance and reduce latency.
- Establish data governance protocols and ensure compliance with industry best practices and security standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Redshift, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
- Proven track record of translating business requirements into technical solutions and data models.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
