Responsibilities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex datasets and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources using SQL, Python, and ETL tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, and Sales) to identify business needs and define data requirements.
- Generate comprehensive reports and executive summaries to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Monitor data trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic planning and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and complex data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present it in a clear, concise manner.
