In this position, you will own the data lifecycle—from extraction and cleaning to visualization and reporting—ensuring our stakeholders have real-time insights to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Data Management & ETL: Design, develop, and maintain complex data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility across the organization.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create intuitive dashboards and interactive reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Database Maintenance: Optimize database queries for performance and ensure data governance policies are followed.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to assist in strategic planning and budget forecasting.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong command of visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote environment with excellent time management.
