Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance optimization.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Document technical architecture and provide mentorship to junior developers where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
