Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Maintenance: Debug, test, and maintain existing codebases to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- System Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement efficient algorithms to improve application speed and efficiency.
- Documentation: Write clear, concise technical documentation and API specifications for the development team.
- Testing: Participate in code reviews and unit testing to ensure best practices and high standards of quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on full-stack or backend development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Tools: Strong command of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on writing clean, maintainable code.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
