Responsibilities
- Development & Maintenance: Design, develop, and debug high-quality software solutions for our proprietary platforms using modern languages and frameworks.
- Code Reviews: Participate in rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices, security standards, and performance optimization across the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and UI/UX designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Testing & QA: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and reduce post-deployment bugs.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear, technical documentation for APIs, architecture, and internal processes.
- Performance Tuning: Analyze and optimize database queries and application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, React, or Node.js. Experience with SQL and cloud services (AWS/Azure) is highly preferred.
- Tools: Strong command of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Flexibility: Ability to dedicate a consistent number of hours per week (e.g., 15-25 hours) to project milestones.
