Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex requirements into elegant code.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring seamless user experiences and fast load times.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Maintain and refactor legacy codebases to improve maintainability and security.
- Write comprehensive technical documentation for APIs and system architecture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and a major framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
