Responsibilities
- Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications, focusing on web and mobile platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and full-time engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; participate in code reviews and peer testing.
- Optimization: Analyze application performance and implement optimizations to ensure scalability and speed.
- Debugging: Identify, diagnose, and resolve software defects and technical issues.
- Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Node.js.
- Database: Experience with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to commit to 20-25 hours per week on a consistent schedule.
