Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Python
- Build responsive frontend components with React.js and TypeScript
- Optimize database queries and implement caching strategies for PostgreSQL
- Participate in agile sprints and code reviews with senior engineers
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement robust error handling
- Document technical specifications and contribute to CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Node.js)
- Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and TDD principles
- Proficient in Git workflows and agile methodologies
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
