Responsibilities
- Data Cleaning & Preparation: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop clear, concise, and visually appealing dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored insights.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with Excel (advanced functions).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or corporate setting.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple insights.
