Responsibilities
- Analyze sales, customer, and operational data using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for real-time performance monitoring
- Develop statistical models for demand forecasting and inventory optimization
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing teams to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Maintain data integrity through regular quality checks and documentation
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data modeling)
- Tableau or Power BI dashboard creation experience
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts (regression, hypothesis testing)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Basic Python or R knowledge for data processing (preferred)
