Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and patterns
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI

- Implement data validation protocols to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Document analysis methodologies and maintain data dictionaries

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Excel and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization best practices
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
