Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder decision-making
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, data-driven narratives
- Collaborate with product teams to track KPIs and measure initiative success
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
