Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends and generate actionable insights
- Create interactive Tableau/Power BI dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Develop SQL queries to extract, transform, and clean large datasets
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to leadership through clear visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for statistical analysis
- Strong experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
