Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI to track KPIs for retail clients
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate marketing campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling data stories
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Python or R programming experience for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 2+ data analysis projects with clear business impact
- Authorization to work in the United States
