Apex Data Solutions is a leading analytics firm dedicated to transforming complex datasets into actionable business strategies. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Part-Time Data Analyst to join our Milwaukee-based team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our data-driven culture, working closely with stakeholders to uncover trends, generate reports, and support high-level decision-making processes. This flexible part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely or in-office while contributing to high-impact projects.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from various sources to support business objectives.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to translate data findings into clear, concise recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by maintaining robust data governance protocols.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the Milwaukee area or a similar market.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying and database management).
- Expert knowledge of Excel and experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving and analytical thinking.
