Job Description
Join Nevada Analytics Group as a part-time Data Analyst and transform raw data into actionable business insights. This hybrid role (20-25 hrs/week) offers flexibility while allowing you to drive strategic decisions for our growing tech clients. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize processes, and deliver compelling data visualizations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and Python to uncover business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Identify data quality issues and implement validation protocols
- Support A/B testing initiatives and statistical analysis for product teams
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear visual storytelling
- Automate reporting workflows to improve team efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (including VLOOKUP/PivotTables), and Python
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and hypothesis testing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
