Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Perform ad-hoc SQL queries to extract and analyze customer behavior data
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with marketing team to track campaign ROI metrics
- Identify data quality issues and implement data validation protocols
- Present findings to cross-functional teams using storytelling techniques
- Support A/B testing initiatives for product optimization
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge (regression analysis, hypothesis testing)
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
