Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, cleanse, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive and visually compelling dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business strategy.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive written reports and executive summaries that translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining and optimizing our internal databases and data warehousing structures.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide technical support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a professional setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, or similar data visualization software.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to data accuracy and quality control.
