Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python to identify business opportunities and trends
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns
- Present findings through clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Maintain and improve data quality through validation protocols
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests with rapid turnaround solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expert knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced functions)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and hypothesis testing
- Ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R preferred
