Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify performance trends
- Create interactive dashboards for executive reporting and stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to non-technical audiences with clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation
- Strong statistical analysis and critical thinking abilities
- Experience with healthcare or supply chain data preferred
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights
