Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Develop automated data pipelines to streamline reporting processes
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns
- Present findings to leadership teams with actionable recommendations
- Maintain data quality through validation protocols and documentation
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and success metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Strong statistical knowledge and hypothesis testing capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects with business impact
