Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical methods
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to communicate key findings to stakeholders
- Support business strategy by providing data-driven recommendations for operational improvements
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to track KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation, cleansing, and documentation processes
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, concise visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis with proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for statistical analysis
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design
