Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated data pipelines to extract, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key performance metrics
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer behavior datasets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver actionable reports
- Optimize data models for performance and maintain data integrity across systems
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and concise narratives
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analytics and visualization tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL preferred)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects with clear insights and visualizations
