Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-performance software applications serving global enterprise clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable cloud solutions
- Lead incident response and system optimization during night shift operations
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps best practices
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Document system architecture and implementation details for knowledge transfer
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# with strong OOP fundamentals
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architecture
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in production environments
- Excellent written communication for documentation and collaboration
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (6 PM - 6 AM CST)
