Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software systems for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies during night cycles
- Implement robust security protocols and performance optimization strategies
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers during night shift rotations
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and deploy critical patches during off-peak hours
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps best practices
- Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive system architecture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, or C# with cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure)
- Strong background in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during night shifts
- Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in high-availability systems
- Strong communication skills for handover processes with day shift teams
