Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Java and Python
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues during night cycles
- Optimize system performance and security protocols for 24/7 operations
- Document technical specifications and contribute to knowledge base
- Mentor junior engineers during overnight rotations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of backend development experience with Java/Python
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud services and Docker
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience working in shift-based or rotational environments
- CI/CD expertise with Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
